-Tenants are responsible for all utilities including gas, electric, cable/internet, water/sewer.

-The home and the carpets must be professionally cleaned upon vacating.

Background and credit checks are required. $65 Application per adult (everyone over 18 must apply!) $150 Admin Fee. Three times rent for income. No evictions or bankruptcies. Tenant Benefit Package for $29 per month. Applications must be 100% completed by all applicants and cosigners to be processed. The lease must be fully executed by the tenant within 48 hours of signing.
