5. TENANT(S) MUST CLEAN OUT THE LINT TRAP DIRECTLY ABOVE THE STACKABLE WASHER/DRYER, ONCE A MONTH. FAILURE TO DO SO, CAN CAUSE A FIRE, CAUSE THE DRYER TO OVERHEAT, CAUSE MOLD, CAUSE THE EXCESS LINT TO GET ON THE CEILING, WALLS, AND VENTS, AND/OR CLOTHES WILL TAKE LONGER TO DRY.
