The living ADU home is located within our gorgeous and spacious home on 1. 3 acres of land on the first floor. You will have full access to our amazing front garden where you can meditate, enjoy tea, outdoor dinning or even just watch and contemplate nature and watch deer, squirrel and a variety of birds. This rental includes water, sanitary fees, and gardening landscape and a picnic table. It is almost like having your own house and with privacy. The photos does not do justice to the space and energy of this beautiful oasis. This is a paradise home for the right person or couple! We are flexible. This can be 6 months, 8 months or one year.
