Approval is based on and not limited to the following factors: credit score, credit history, length of employment and history, income, current and previous rental history, criminal background check, pet criteria, debt to income ratio and rent to income ratio.
RENTER INSURANCE & MINIMUM OF $100,000 LIABILITY INSURANCE REQUIRED PRIOR TO OCCUPANCY.
**PETS**
We use a third-party service, PetScreening, to ensure all applicants understand how to adhere to the property's pet and animal policies, even if you do not have a pet or animal. All applicants should complete a No Pet or Animal Profile (SERVICE ANIMALS)
Failure to disclose any existence of pets at the time of your application will result in a denial of your application and may be grounds for eviction if false information is provided at the time of application submittal.
