The first months rent, security deposit, and cleaning fee are due upon lease signing. The cleaning fee is $200- a thorough cleaning is accomplished at checkout.
Payment Terms & Inclusions:
A lock-in rental fee is due at the time of booking to secure your tenancy.
A cleaning fee is charged to cover a comprehensive cleaning service, which is performed after check-out.
