Description
$2100 - 3 Bedroom/1.5 Bathroom Single Family Home w/ Off-Street Parking [HEAT INCLUDED]
This home was my passion project for a year as I renovated it. Corners werent cut, and everything has been tastefully updated. There is new LifeProof flooring throughout the entire home. The kitchen has all new appliances, new shaker-style cabinets with soft-close hinges, new countertops, and ample lighting. The living room was opened up to make space for modern living and is huge. The half-finished basement is also huge, perfect for storage, and also includes a half bath and washer/dryer hookups. There is a fenced in yard with a fire pit in the back, as well as a large deck. There is also off-street parking to the rear for two vehicles, as well as public parking on the road in front of the residence. HEAT IS INCLUDED in the rent, and it is oil heat (most landlords switch everything to electric heat, and you pay a ton for it).
The price you see is the price you pay - $2,000 for rent and heat. The only other things you are responsible for is water/sewer/trash/electric (all on one bill from the borough, averages under $200/month), and internet/cable. Simplicity is key in todays world, and I want to offer my rental home to somebody who will care for it like it is their own, and who doesnt want to deal with mega-corporations, slumlords, or rental agencies.
Pet fee negotiable. Garage in photos is also available to rent if interested. Currently used by me for miscellaneous storage.
