Once application is accepted, Renter needs to provide Landlord with proof of renters insurance with at least $100,000 personal liability coverage and list Landlord as Interested Party.

First months rent, security deposit, and if applicable, pet deposit and non-refundable hold deposit, due at signing.

Utilities: Renter is responsible for gas, electricity, cable, and internet.

No smoking inside or outside in private patio or common areas is allowed (including but not limited to cigarettes, marijuana, etc).

Pet Policy: Up to two approved animals are allowed with an additional $750 deposit.

Pet Rent: $25/animal each month.
