As you walk into the front door, there are vintage touches in abundance, such as custom windows, mantel for the wood fireplace, archway between the living and dining room.
There is a main floor bedroom and full bath. Upstairs has two bedrooms and another full bath that includes a jacuzzi tub and a separate shower.
Two cautionary notes: the stairs to the 2nd floor are original and steeper than normal. The bluffs fall off very fast, and should not be traversed for your safety.
Located in Port Angeles, close to the Olympic Medical Center, overlooking the Strait of Juan de Fuca.
Owner pays for pruning.
Comes with a newer refrigerator, stove and dishwasher. In the full, unfinished basement there are washer and dryer hookups. Picture is of the tenants' washer and dryer.
Dogs will be considered on a case by case basis. Additional fees and deposit apply. The yard is not fenced.
Application fee is $50 per adult. We do NOT accept portable applications (something that is obtained outside of the company). A complete application means: you've seen the unit, submitted the application and paid the fee. NOTE: Blue Sage represents the owner.
