This is a room for rent in a 3-bedroom shared house. Private bedroom that is upstairs with a walk-in closet. The bedroom has an adjacent shared bathroom. There is another half bathroom downstairs as well that is shared.
The prices includes all utilities and internet. We have very fast internet. The house is located off of East Vine and near I-25. The common areas of the house are furnished. The house is not pet friendly.
Cost: $615 security deposit required.

The house is clean, well maintained with high ceilings and lots of natural light. The HVAC and appliances are all modern. There is one other roommate who is tidy and friendly. There are no pets in the house.
