The rented space is a 12’ x 20’ room loft, located in the top floor furnished with hardwood flooring and 180 degree airscape view of 880 and the Oakland Hills. We also have designated parking and plenty of street parking right outside. Laundry is available in the building premises.
About Me: I work in the design industry, laid back, outgoing, tidy (but flexible about temporary mess), sociable and fun. I enjoy a good work/life balance. Occasionally, I love to have friends/family over. Part of the household is a sweet, gentle 8lb dog named Beau.
About You: A housemate who is gainfully employed and/or financially stable. Likes living in a clean environment and who is responsible and respectful of the home and privacy (as I will be of yours), good natured, and easy to get along with, non-smoker.
The rent $1575 a month plus utilities. Semi-furnished. Move in requires first month rent, a one-month security deposit and credit check. Long term lease is preferred from 6 months to a year. Move-in right away.
