The apartment is in Echo Park near Alvarado and Sunset in what has become a fabulous walking neighborhood from Sunset Junction walking West to Dodger Stadium walking East, with public transportation, restaurants, bars and shops in between. While I have often rented to two people, it's better suited to a couple or single person, as the second bedroom is smaller than the master. Again, that's never been a problem and I am happy to consider two people. The kitchen was redone six months ago, as well as all of the lighting and electrical. There is a patio and a view looking west. Street parking is easy and there is no street sweeping. The property is beautiful and kept clean. It is a very quiet property and so not suitable to anyone who is noisy. Your landlord, me, shares the duplex, with a second duplex just below, and a laundry room in-between. I will consider someone who wants to trade partial rent for taking over some of the upkeep on the property.
