$550 - 1-Person Bedroom in 4-Bedroom Unit at HERE Kansas Apartments (May 15th-July 31st, 2024) - Great Amenities and Great Location

I am subleasing my room at the HERE Kansas apartments from May 15th to July 31st, 2024. It is a 1-person bedroom in a 4-bedroom unit. Amenities at the HERE include a pool, workout room, basketball court, and a variety of study areas. I would be moved out of the apartment by May 15th, leaving behind a completely empty room for you to occupy. My lease for this apartment ends on July 31st which means you would have to be moved out by that date. I live with 3 other guys. However, during the summer months, they will likely not be living there full-time which means there is a possibility that you would have the whole apartment to yourself at times (but this does not mean that their rooms would be empty).
