We remodeled this home several years ago. We gutted the kitchen and bathroom as well as painted all of the main floor and outside of the house, put on a new roof, installed new light fixtures, plumbing fixtures and all new flooring.

In addition to the new kitchen cabinets and sink, the refrigerator, stove and dishwasher are included with the rent. There is a carport just past the back door to the house. Large living room and dining room. There is a small enclosed front porch as well off of the living room. The main floor has two bedrooms which each have access to the bathroom and share a walk through closet. There is also a mud room/storage area off the kitchen. Washer and dryer hook-ups are available upstairs or down. The basement has a roughly semi-finished bedroom and closet and then another non-finished area.



A deposit equal to the rent is required.

Pet(s) would be considered. There would be a pet deposit/pet fee(1/2 the rental amount plus pet rent) as well as $35.00 per month in pet rent typically for an approved pet over a year old.

This house should have no trouble passing military inspection if you need it inspected.

Renter's insurance is required.

We have an online application available making it easy to get approved. You can pay your deposit online as well as future rent payments.

Clay Center is a wonderful small community about 35-45 minutes to Manhattan and Junction City and 35 minutes to Fort Riley. We have everything you need for day to day living located right here in town. Our new Water Park open several years ago as well as our 2 new city parks. We also have a free zoo, public library, private country club and public golf course as well as more activities and attractions. This is a great community to raise a family in or to just get away from the JC/Fort Riley/Manhattan area.
