Transitional housing-Rooming house-Single occupancy - **Single occupancy only** First floor, 1 room, weekly rental. Rent is $150 per week ($600/month). Common areas such as bathroom, kitchen & lounge are shared between all residents. Residents must clean up after themselves and keep common areas tidy so all residents can enjoy them. Residents are responsible for cleaning the kitchen on a rotating schedule. Absolutely no smoking, no drugs/drug paraphernalia, or alcohol consumption in the house or on the property. No pets. Residents shall pay a $50 security deposit and a $25 non-refundable cleaning fee. Water, sewer, electric & trash included in rent. Limited parking in rear of rooming house. Does not accept subsidized housing.
