Paradise Boutique Apartments, nestled in the heart of Paradise, CA, is pleased to offer flexible month-to-month leases. We require a security deposit equivalent to one month's rent. Originally established in 2000 as a retirement community, our property underwent a transformation in 2022, reopening as Paradise Boutique Apartments after the 2018 Camp Fire. We now proudly present studio, 1-bedroom, and 2-bedroom units tailored to meet the diverse needs of our residents on the ridge.

We have a variety of 21 different floorplans, so rent prices vary depending upon the floorplan you choose. We currently have no vacant studios available, and our 1-Bedroom units start out at $850.00 per month + utilities, while our 2-Bedroom units start at $1250.00 per month + utilities.

Property Amenities:

- Secure Facility. Our exterior building doors lock at 10:00 pm, and a key or door code is required to enter after 10:00pm until 6:00am the next morning. We also maintain interior and exterior security cameras.

- Community Wi-Fi. Our building has various access points throughout the building so that accessing the community Wi-Fi is easy from any apartment, or common area.

- Paradise Boutique Apartments offers an elevator for public use, Pool Table, Ping Pong Table, Foosball, Library, Gym w/ new equipment, as well as a dog run area and amazing, picturesque views.

Rental Requirements:

To ensure a welcoming community, applicants must meet the following criteria:

- Minimum credit score of 600

- Income at least 2.5 times the monthly rent (combined for co-applicants)

- Clean record with no unlawful detainers or evictions

- Successful completion of a criminal and credit background check

- Submission of current contact details for all rental & personal references

*Co-signer/Guarantor option available for those who may not meet criteria independently. Co-signer requirements are separate from applicants. If you are interested in utilizing a Co-signer, please reach out to the property to specifics.

Leasing Information:

- User-friendly online platform: Paradise Boutique Apartments utilizes the Appfolio Tenant Portal System, providing a one stop app for all your leasing needs.

- Application fee: $29.00 per adult aged 18 and above (non-refundable)

- Security deposit: Equivalent to one month's rent

Tour Information:

- Tours available by appointment only. The public is invited to come to view our vacant units any day from 8:00am – 9:00pm. Please do not disturb the occupied units. You can find vacancy literature available in the lobby area next to the community club house.
