The kitchen has updated appliances and is very spacious. The main floor has an open concept. The house is located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac with a large backyard and spacious deck. The house is located just 15 minutes outside of Providence, RI and just 10 minutes from Fall River, Mass. The home is dog friendly, but will need approval by the owner. No cats please.
Owner maintains all the landscaping. Utilities are included with a reasonable cap. House is right off the highway to Providence, RI and close to many shops, restaurants, beaches, and popular vacation destinations.
Renters will have access to the first two floors as seen in the photos. One bay in the garage is available. Garage has a small fridge that can be used if needed, as well as a workbench. Unfortunately, there is not much room for personal storage of large items.
**There is a single, middle aged, female tenant utilizing the basement in-law apartment with their own bathroom, kitchen, laundry, and separate exit and entrance. This tenant is quiet, respectful, private, and a good resource for taking care of the home. She has been living in the in-law-apartment for over 5 years, so this is not a transient dwelling. She does not entertain guests and is respectful of tenants occupying the main home. She maintains one parking spot in the driveway, works 7am-5pm daily, and is only home during the evenings and weekends. Other than passing each other in the driveway, there is not much crossover unless it is intentional.**
The home is suitable for 1-4 persons. I am renting this property furnished. This is my personal home and I am looking for renters who are willing to care for the home and its contents as if it were their own. Looking for a 6 month or longer rental period.
Rent includes heat, hot water, AC, electric, internet, snow removal. Fully furnished including dining and cookware. Tenants are responsible for cleaning supplies and paper goods. A small well behaved dog will be considered. The house has a smoke free environment. Lease and renter’s insurance. All Tenants must qualify with a credit/background check as part of application. Standard rental procedure requires proof of employment and funds to support the monthly rent.
