This is a shotgun style with 2 large connected front rooms for open living and dining, followedu by a kitchen and laundry area (washer & dryer included) with 2 bedrooms in the back separated by a bathroom. Access to the backyard and there is a separate storage shed available for use.

This is a wonderful area full of great neighbors, dogs, and restaurants/bars. We are local landlords who are readily available if needed.

We are looking for long term, responsible tenets that will take good care of the property. There is a security system installed throughout the house, the tenants will just need to pay the $28 per month fee to use it and gain access to the cameras. It’s optional if desired.

Animals will be considered on a case by case basis with a non-refundable pet fee.

Tenants are responsible for water/sewerage.
