A roomy 3 bedroom home in a cute and unique neighborhood in historic San Souci. Only a 9 minute drive to downtown Greenville, and walking distance from Cherrydale shopping center. Make meals and memories in the nicely remodeled kitchen and enjoy the modern master bathroom. Comes setup up with wifi and all utilities. There is a spacious back yard with a patio, furniture, string lights, and charcoal grill for those summer nights.
Wifi and utilities are in my name, but are back charged to tenant (solar panels decrease electric bill and are included in rent). This makes things much easier for the tenant, but Im happy to transfer to tenant if preferred.
Lawn care is responsibility of tenant. I will pay for all general maintenance such as pest care.
1 year lease preferred, but negotiable. Home tours are available starting Feb 10th, move in any time after.
There is parking in the driveway as well as in front of the house, enough for 3-4 cars.
Pets are allowed but with an initial non-refundable deposit of $200 and monthly charge of $35. If more than one pet, we can discuss details.
Smoking is not allowed indoors, neither weed nor tobacco. Ive had several tenants disrespect this rule so will be very stern on this. You are more than welcome to smoke outside.
I am no longer in the area so will do tours virtually (I can call you while you walk the house) via your preferred video chat app.
