No fraternity or sorority members are permitted for this rental. Jointly leased, the security deposit is typically the same amount as the rent. A $200 administrative fee is due upon lease signing. Utilities are the responsibility of the tenant with water included. Heat source is a propane furnace along with a wood-burning fireplace and Window ACs. This home is pet-friendly so bring your furry friend along! There is a non-refundable pet fee and monthly pet rent. Restrictions apply.
