The Cottages at Bethany
ALL APPLICANTS MUST BE 55 OR OLDER. The Cottages at Bethany are leased at the rate of $3,700 per month for the use of The Cottage and The Community and are all-inclusive with regard to all amenities required to complete a household such as energy, sanitation, cable TV access, internet
access (both wireless and Ethernet), land-line telephone access,
security, fire protection, and Life Alert type mobile system for 911
access in the event of an emergency, and many other such features.
Ala Carte services such as housekeeping, companion care, and food
services are also available for an additional fee.
The Cottages are designed to be a maintenance-free style of living within steps of the Community of Care that originated in Statesboro when The Lodge at Bethany was constructed in 2016. Each Cottage is a single-story, handicapped accessible 1200-1305 square foot residency, and provides all-inclusive pricing to give the Residents the independence they choose and the assurance that any needs for future assistance will be on the same campus. Amenities for The Cottages include spacious living with a 320 square foot garage, two bedrooms and two bathrooms, stainless steel appliances, full-sized washer/dryer, maintenance inside and outside, Internet/television/phone service, trash service, emergency pendant systems, and 24/7 security system, The Cottages were constructed by Greg McKenzie Builders of Vidalia and will also include unique features such as pocket doors, a coffered ceiling in the living room area, large windows, and plantation shutters.
