PET POLICY:
You can have up to two pets! There's a $200 non-refundable pet deposit (per pet) and a $50 monthly pet fee (per pet). Dogs and cats are both welcome!
UTILITIES & TENANT RESPONSIBILITIES:
Tenants pay the electricity and a $75/month utility fee for water, sewer, and trash.
TENANT QUALIFICATIONS:
You must have a gross income of at least 3 times the rent (unemployment income excluded). We review credit (minimum score 600), criminal background, rental history, and references.
There's a $45 application fee for each adult and cosigner (if applicable). Each must submit a separate application.
