It has also high ceilings, a built-in hutch in the dining room, stained glass windows, and lots of oversized windows that drenches the apartment in natural light. This is not your ordinary two-bedroom apartment. It has luckily been preserved through the years and has a terrific “house layout” with multiple good size rooms.
The back door opens to a large deck that is perfect for grilling or relaxing in the sun (southern exposure). There is also an open front porch, a back screened-in room for bikes, and a manicured lawn.
