One Garage space is included in the rent. Lawn and snow will be shared with the neighbor. The owner does plow the driveway area himself so you would only be responsible for the walkways.
Laundry is located in the basement and is coin op ($1). Basement is also very clean and can be used as a storage space for both upper and lower units.
Pets are welcome with positive rental reference and credit score. (Dog deposit $500, Cat $200)
