Our charming Oak Island cottage is a 10 minute stroll to the beach down a sleepy lane. Where you can swim, surf, and sun yourself and then walk to Grocery stores, Barbecue, Ice Cream and Putt Putt all close by. If you prefer to fish the marshes, or run out to the inlet from the ICW, boats and trailers are no problem and there is ample parking. The public boat ramp is super close! Screened in porches, a hot water outdoor shower, and gas grill, make this the perfect island vacation house year round.
The pet fee for your first dog is included in the rent, you may bring one extra dog with added fee.
Ground Level: We are a one story home with only four steps up to the front porch.
Outdoor Shower, Patio, Raised Deck, Screened Porch, Gas Grill, Outdoor seating and dining furniture.
2 Screened porches with rocking chairs and swing.
Living Room: Smart TV, Sectional Sofa, Books, Ceiling Fan. Open floor plan.
Kitchen: Seating for 9 at table and counter, fully equipped for meals at home, stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, electric range, coffee pot.
Primary Bedroom Suite: King Bed, Ceiling fan, Ensuite Bath.
Primary Ensuite Bathroom: Bathtub with shower, single vanity, toilet.

The island life on Oak Island is like no other! Some of the best restaurants along the East Coast are just a short golf cart ride away from your new homesite. There are many cute coffee shops, great stores, breweries, and OKI is even the home to a park that showcases concerts and a splash-pad for summer fun! There is an abundance of all things adventurous to do on Oak Island and you are just a short distance from the Cape Fear Regional Jetport, OKI Lighthouse and the OKI Golf Club which is open to travelers!
