The main floor features a full kitchen, full bathroom, queen bedroom, living room with gas fireplace, and a washer/dryer. The couch has a pullout a Serta mattress. The living and dining area have wraparound windows showcasing the mountain view.
On the second floor you will find another full bathroom and queen bedroom as well as a large living room for hanging out with family and friends while enjoying the view from the large windows, playing foosball, or just relaxing and enjoying time with your loved ones.
After hanging out inside, step out onto the wraparound porch and enjoy the lush trees and mountain views. Sit a spell on the deck chairs and breathe in the fresh mountain air. Enjoy grilling? We got you covered with a full size propane BBQ. Its not uncommon to see elk hanging around the area as well!
Pets allowed with refundable pet deposit ($500 for up to 2 pets, others negotiable) and all animals must be listed on lease.
The drive up to the home from the main road is short and gravel (only about 2 minutes) but it is a little steep in some parts. 4WD/AWD is recommend, especially if you are not familiar with gravel mountain roads. 4WD strongly recommended in winter.
Utilities can be included for additional $350/mo (water, satellite internet & basic satellite TV, electricity, propane). Leases of 6 months or less require that utilities be included in total monthly price. Tenant responsible for snow removal and routine yard work.
