60% of Area Median Income: One person - $46,380; 2 persons -$52,980; 3 persons - $59,580; 4 persons - $66,180

These units are subject to monitoring, compliance, and other restrictions by the City of Chicago’s Department of Housing.

For units of two bedrooms or more, preference will be given in leasing units to qualifying multi-person households. These units will be available to qualifying multi-person households for a 6- week period following the start of general marketing and outreach, or upon new vacancy, on a first-come, first-served basis. Following the 6-week period, these units can be offered to any otherwise qualified household regardless of size.

Five units will be leased to households earning 100% AMI, subject to the following maximum income levels: One person - $77,300; 2 persons -$88,300; 3 persons – $99,300; 4 persons - $119,200 (unit size and mix still to be determined).
