Looking for someone to take over my lease due to needing to be closer to my job. I relocated from Florida and didn't realize that things are not as easy to get to by transit as it seemed when I initially chose this spot. It's super central to everything, EXCEPT my job, unfortunately. The current property managers just have to qualify you and you can complete my 8 month term, or sign a new 1 year lease. The apartment is quite nice - it's just a location issue for us. Let me know what else I can tell you. :)
