Embrace the vintage beach cottage feel at The Enchanted Mermaid, Lower Unit built in 1954! This adorable property has a screened in porch for late night lounging and is nestled between the canal and ocean side of the beach.
When you enter the property, you first step into the living area where you'll see hard wood floors throughout that create a warm and cozy feel. The dining room and kitchen flow gracefully from the living room and provide a great space to bring everyone together! There is no dishwasher.
The primary bedroom has a Queen bed, television, closet, and private half bath. The secondary bedroom has a Twin/ Twin bunk bed, Full bed, closet, and television.
The hallway houses the washer/ dryer and leads you to the back end of the home where you will find the full bathroom. The full bathroom has a standup shower and single sink vanity.
Out the on the back deck you will find a large fenced in yard shared with the upper unit. It is the perfect place to let your pups loose and burn off some energy!
Bedding Configuration: 1 Queen, 1 Full, 1 Bunk (Twin/Twin)
Parking: Parking for two vehicles assigned in driveway.
Prohibited: Smoking, RV’s, Boats, Charging Golf Carts, Mail and Packages are not able to be sent to the rental.
