You can access the unit either through a shared entrance in the front or a private entrance out back. The kitchen is a good size - you have room for a small table and a pantry for added cabinet storage. Off of the kitchen is your bedroom which has a closet for storage and great natural light!
The bathroom has a full sized tub built in shelving for extra storage. The living room is a good size and has an electric fireplace attached to the wall which adds a cozy feel for the space.
No pets.
No smoking.
Off-street parking for 1 car.
Included: cold water, sewer, lawn care, snow plowing, trash/recycling.
Resident responsible for: electric (includes heat) and cable/wifi (if desired).
Rental Criteria:
$25 background and credit check for anyone over the age of 18 that will be residing in the apartment
Credit score of at least a 600 from one of the applications (or a cosigner)
Rental history (or a cosigner)
1 year lease required
