This is a beautifully maintained 2 bedroom & 1 bathroom 2nd floor apartment of a duplex home in the East End of Williamsport! Everything in this home is updated to include fresh paint and nice carpet throughout, newer hickory cabinets and appliances, stone countertops, and ceiling fans in each room. The appliances include a refrigerator and an electric range. There are separate washer and dryer hookups for each unit in the shared basement, but we do not supply the washer or dryer. Basement is exterior access.

There is ample on-street parking available in front of the home, an unfenced yard, clean dry storage space in the attic, and a nice covered front porch.

Located in a nice neighborhood, just blocks from Lycoming football field, and Curtin and Cochran Elementary Schools. Most of the neighboring homes are owner occupied.

We complete background and credit checks on all prospective tenants over the age of 18 who would be living in the home and ask for prior landlord references, including current landlord. We also do an eviction history check and cannot approve anyone with a prior eviction.

We are not registered with section 8. Employment verification is required and the total household income must be at least 3x the monthly rent of $975.

Required 1 year lease. The apartment has gas/forced air heat. All utilities are to be paid by tenant - gas, electric, water/sewer, and trash removal. Yard maintenance and snow removal are covered by the landlord.
