The wood-like flooring throughout the common areas is low-maintenance, easy to clean, and great for allergy-sufferers. There is a half bath in the basement. New flooring was installed in the second floor bedroom.
Rent and deposit are $850 each.
Pets are accepted on a case by case basis. Pets are considered to be dogs or cats and only two pets are allowed. There is a non refundable pet fee of $300. There is also a monthly fee of $20 per pet. Pictures of your pets will need to be submitted with application. You must state on the pre-screening form if you have a service animal or an emotional support animal.

Fill that form out and look for an email. You will receive an email with a Pre-Screening Form from L Smith Company. If you do not receive the email, please email [Use EMAIL button] that I can forward you the questionnaire.
We pre-screen before we allow any to tour a property or apply. Fill out the Pre-Screening form that is emailed to you and get it back to the office. You can also click on the Google Form link and fill that out.
We will NOT accept an application until you have been pre-screened and toured the property.
***We require:
At least 12 months on your job.
Verifiable income of at least 3x the rent. (See Section 8 below if you have a voucher)
Stable and verifiable rental history.
No eviction filings or landlord disputes in the last 2 years.
Cannot currently owe a balance to a previous landlord.
Cannot have 5 or more basic bills currently in collections.
Must have a credit score of at least 600.
Two pets are allowed. Dogs must be 40 pounds or less.
**** SECTION 8 ****
-- We accept Section 8. You much have your new voucher before you can tour the property.
-- A voucher sufficient to cover the rent and utilities will be accepted in place of income and job requirements.****
-- Income of voucher tenant must be at least 3x the amount of the tenant portion of the monthly rent.
Only interested parties who meet our minimum guidelines will be allowed to tour the home.
