Youd share costs of utilities with the other roommates (5 people in their 20s/30s who work in Vista), but weve got SOLAR panels that make SDG&E super cheap, especially when divided among five other people. Two dogs live in the house, but no more animals allowed. You MUST be OK living with the dogs, and you absolutely CANNOT bring any additional pets to the property at any time.
