The balcony area has a table and chairs so you can relax with your favorite drink or your morning cup of coffee while taking in some fresh air!
Within minutes of the community are several key attractions of Myrtle Beach! You are minutes from the Atlantic Ocean, Broadway at the Beach, the Coastal Grand Mall, and several unique mini-golf courses! You'll have your selection of some of the beaches finest restaurants all within a few minute's drive of your rental unit. Willing to travel? 20 minutes north is Barefoot Landing which proudly hosts Alligator Adventure and the Duplin Winery. 20 minutes south is a premier outdoor shopping experience at the Market Common. Come enjoy all that the beach has to offer while being in a peaceful community away from the noise of the boulevard.
The master bedroom boasts a king-size bed and a private full bathroom with a television. The second bedroom features two full-size beds with a television. The condo comes equipped with a washer/dryer so you can avoid the laundromat during your relaxing stay. It also offers wi-fi for the days that you might feel like staying indoors. Just a short walk from the condo is a sparkling outdoor swimming pool. Magnolia Place also features a BBQ grill area for guests to use. The unit has a hair dryer, toaster, and blender for guest use!
