• Washer and dryer in each unit
• NO carpet in each unit
• Pet-friendly roof top dog walking station
• Walkable location
o No smoking
o 12-month lease required
o Application fee: $40.00 (non-refundable)
o Deposit: 1 months’ rent+ 25% due at approval process to secure unit. (Takes it off the market for
you)
o Pet Friendly with deposit: 25% of 1 months’ rent per pet all refundable if you are a good pet owner.
o Tenants pay water/sewer/garbage $120.00 (monthly)
o Parking: $90.00 monthly through building if available-we only have 13 spots, so the first people to apply will have the first option.
