The Drake~Inclusionary Zoning Apartment-Junior 1BR- Waitlist Applicants Only - This apartment is being offered as part of the Inclusionary Zoning program administered by the District of Columbia Department of Housing and Community Development for moderate income households. In order to apply for this apartment, you must participate in the Inclusionary Zoning program and meet their guidelines.

Income requirements:

Maximum Income

1 Person Household $85,200

2 Person Household $97,350

Minimum Income- $54,900

Required documents for certification include: 6 most current pay stubs, 6 month’s savings and checking account statements, most recent quarterly statements of investment accounts, 2 most recent tax returns with W2's, proof of all other income and assets, proof of completion of IZ Orientation class.

Priority will be given to those who are on our wait list, those who live in DC, and then those who work in DC.
