Im looking for positive conscious people to have living here. the house is awesome! youll definitely have your privacy and your own space.

Rent: $550 plus utilities, For Bedroom that shares a bathroom with another female roomie. 3 people live here and we have a cool thing going on with plenty of space and solitude, respect for each other, and we offer help when needed as well.

Ive been in lots of different roommate situations and have sharpened my skills to not be that guy when it comes to being the weird, or messy roommate, or the loud one etc. I lived with guys and girls, gays n straights, younger n older, I see a person based on their personality and what they are doing with their own potential. I expect anyone that would want to live here to not be prejudice and have tolerable domestic skills when it comes to not being a burden on everyone else with your cleanliness or loud nature.

Im a hippie in a way and love all things healthy and spiritualy lifting, Im very empathetical and see things from both points of view before judging. Ive been through enough in life and always know to stay humble and to not sweat the small stuff and stay positive.
