She's a beauty, she's a lady- she's actually only one of those things, because she is an apartment, okay. Woah! In-unit laundry, just past the living and dining rooms? Oh and that side-spot that I'm calling one of two things, an open-concept closet with a long top shelf, and one built-in side-shelf... OR, is it a funky, city-livin, make-the-most-of-your-space-OFFICE?? You tell me, tbh, I've been calling it both of the above, but if you live there, you get to pick! How fun and exciting. Almost as fun and exciting as the modern kitchen with gas range, microwave, and stainless dishwasher. There's a lil patio out the in the fenced backyard for u to gab w/ ur neighbors, AND a first-come-first-served parking pad just beyond that!
APP STUFF:
Our application checks that your credit is decent. It does NOT need to be perfect, but we need to see that you pay your bills on time and as agreed. We’re also checking that you’ve been a good tenant in the past (providing this isn’t your first place), and lastly, we want to see that you’re financially sound.
We accept 2 cats or 1 dog up to twenty pounds, pet rent additional. If you have a lizard or something small like that that floats your boat, they be rent free.
