APPLICATION PROCESS:
Credit and Background: 650 or above credit score. Applicants with a lower credit score due to lack of history may be considered with a higher deposit. No criminal background. For couples or roommates, both applicants must pass the credit and background check.
TOURS:
Tours are available by appointment, let us know your availability and we can work to get you on the schedule.
DEPOSIT:
A Security deposit in the form of a check or money order that is equal to 1 month's rent is needed to hold the apartment.
