Lakeside upper apartment with great views, off-street parking. - This small one-bedroom apartment in the Historic Lakeside neighborhood has fantastic views that overlook the St Joe River, the beautiful architecture of the Water Filtration buildings, and two historic bridges. The second floor of a duplex, it has its own private entrance and staircase, with a nice little mudroom/landing at the bottom for coats, shoes, and a bike if you’d like. It recently had a full paint job and new carpet installed. There is a larger living room with a small kitchen that has the front-facing windows, great views, and natural light. Small bathroom and bedroom are in the rear of the apartment.

This apartment has one half of a garage included and an off-street parking spot. Resident pays for their own gas and electric, with your own separate gas furnace. Water/sewer/trash/recycling is included. A window AC unit will probably be needed, you can bring your own or rent one from management. There are no laundry facilities onsite. Landlord takes care of the lawn and landscaping.

The location is fantastic. Being only blocks from downtown, you can take advantage of festivals, bars, restaurants, coffee shops, and more! The Historic Lakeside neighborhood is centrally located, so nothing in Fort Wayne is further than a 15-minute drive. Easy access to trails, parks, and more.

We do screen our tenants with credit, background, and eviction checks. Ideal candidate has income of 3x the rent, 600+ credit score, and clean background/eviction report. We do not accept Section 8. Application fee is $35 per applicant. No pets in this apartment. Absolutely no smoking. 12-month minimum lease.
