Property Condition:
- Property is rented "as is" "where is" condition.
- If Tenant is interested, property can be rented with the furniture and kitchen items present in the property. Rent price, as listed, will remain the same.
- If Tenant is not interested, all furniture and kitchen items present in the property can be removed. Rent price, as listed, will remain the same.
Property Tours Considerations:
- A Real Estate Agent must show you the property. You may contact your Real Estate Agent for more information and to schedule a showing.
HOA Additional Security Deposit:
A refundable security deposit in the amount of $300 payable to Park Avenue HOA is required from the Tenant. This deposit may be refunded in full by Park Avenue HOA if no damage occurs to the common areas.
