Move-In Policy:
For all apartments that are move in ready or close to renovation completion, there is a two week max move in policy from the date of application approval, and the move in date cannot be past the current month. For apartments that are in the early stages of renovation, we will pre-lease the apt and hold it up to 60 days depending on when the apt is projected to be complete.
Pets Policy:
2 pet max. One $300 nonrefundable pet deposit. $25/mo pet rent per pet. 60lb weight limit
Renter's insurance is required and can be purchased through an affiliate insurance company for $13.00/mo or you may use a separate insurance company, but we will require the policy to be uploaded to the online portal by/before the move in.
