When we sign a lease, you will see my ID( US passport and driver's license), which matches the name on the property tax records, and my Zelle account, and I will see your ID, which must match the name on the Transunion credit check. It is very simple. If you like the condo, the Transunion verification is mandatory. No credit check -no lease. The parking/amenities fee is 150/mo
