Our last two tenants were great fits at the beach bungalow. One was a mid 50s attorney and cancer survivor who moved from CA to restart her life. Our last tenant was a mid 20s engineer fresh out of UCF and starting his first engineering job. Both of them loved the 10 min walk to the water, convenience of everything close by, and adorable cats and chihuahua for free animal cuddles.
