Looking to rent out the larger of the two bedrooms to an individual (no couples sorry). Its a good sized room with a spacious walk in closet.
Ill be in the second bedroom so super quick about me: Im a 27 year public defense attorney. Im a very social person, but dont anticipate hosting all that much (occasional small groups). Ill be pretty clean and tidy with the shared space--might not do my dishes right away but dont like going to bed with anything in the sink. For fun I like to be active (sports, hiking, etc.), make music, play games, and other things probably. Oh, also I have a short haired cat named Pip (who has lived with another cat before). If you could share a little information about yourself in your inquiry thatd be really helpful!
Kitchen will be good to go--all the appliances work great. The basement serves as the laundry room, and incredible storage space, and also has the potential to be hangout space (although the ceilings are just 6t). Youll also have access to my basement home gym (pictured) if thats your thing.
The common areas are partially furnished at the moment (some of the photos are from the 2021 staging and others were taken by me a couple weeks ago). Im totally willing to collaborate on furniture if you have pieces you want to bring with yours, otherwise Ill be acquiring the remaining necessary furniture over the next couple months.
Im still working on the backyard, but its already a pretty great place to hang out.
