Our house is 5 minute walking to Oakwood drive and Willow way, Santa Clara. Within a short distance to major companies such as Oracle, Nvidia, Altera, Rivian, Arista Network. We recommend using Uber express, Scoop, bus 20 or bike to get around. We have 2 rooms available to rent out for single professionals and interns staying at least 2 months. The private rooms are furnished with a full size bed, a night stand, and desk. Amenities include heating, utilities, smoking detector, carbon monoxide detector, fire extinguisher, drinking water filtration system, washer/dryer, microwave, toaster oven, shared fridge space, dish washing soap, toilet papers, wifi, a bike, free parking on the street, complimentary bathroom cleaning service once a week. Light cooking OK. We have parking space for the bike. Please LOCK your bike all the time. 2 bathrooms in the hallway. In the summer, you will share the bathroom with 1 other working professionals. You will share the house with the homeowners and 1 working professional. About us, we are a family of 4 adults, 2 kids and a 70 lb labrador retriever dog. The dog is friendly and confined in the garage most of time.
