• No smoking, including medical marijuana, or illegal drugs are allowed in/on the property or lanais and are grounds for immediate eviction.
• Security deposit is one month’s rent.
TENANT REQUIREMENTS:

• Credit scores of all applicants need to be no less than 700 with no delinquencies (our office will run credit, criminal background, and sex offender checks).
• Couple applicants must make a combined income of at least 3 times the rental rate, roommates must each qualify on their own for the unit.
• Tenants are required to obtain renter’s insurance, we will send a link to Roost insurance you can purchase through the portal and it must show Hawaiian Isle as interested party.
• Tenant will be responsible for electricity in his/her name prior to move-in.
