Roommate wanted at DuckIt Homestead! - Property Id: 234382
DuckIt Homestead is on a small 5 acre farm in Woodland, WA and we are looking for a roommate! We have 74 ducks that we raise for both eggs and meat. We will be adding both geese and turkeys this June as well. We also have about an acre total of planting space that we will be seeding and planting with a variety of vegetables, squash, melons, and herbs. 25 MB/s WiFi, water, electric, garbage and recycling are included with rent. Shared kitchen, laundry and bathroom with personal storage space in the kitchen and bathroom. There is a fire pit, bbq and patio furniture available for tenant use as well. Outdoor smoking only. Rental insurance required. We have two large dogs inside the home that are very friendly and 5 cats that live outdoors. Room 2 is on the second floor of the home. The homeowner and one other tenant occupy the other two rooms on the second floor.
