The room is the master bedroom in the house and has its own private bathroom. (please note that the photos show it with furniture so you can get a sense of the size of the room, but it comes unfurnished)
There are two other renters in the other two rooms in the house who share the hall bathroom. Both of them are professional working adults who mostly keep to themselves and are very quiet and respectful.
They each have a dog, both of which are very gentle and quiet as well, so if you have a dog we would need to make sure they all get along.
We are looking for someone who is responsible about doing their share of the house/yard work, is an open communicator, and not into drugs or excessive drinking.
Because of COVID-19 we prefer someone who isn't looking to have lots of house guests over.
Fenced backyard for your (non-destructive) dog friend.
Solar panels to cover the electricity.
On-demand hot water heater = no cold showers.
Washer & drier in the house.
Sprinklers for the lawn.
