I’m looking for a clean, responsible roommate to share my living space with. The space is approximately 1400 square feet with 3 beds and 2 baths on one floor. You would have access to your own bedroom and private bathroom. I would be the only other person on this floor so you should have a good amount of privacy. There is a third bedroom in the space and we can share it as storage space or an office. You would have full access to the living room, dining room, kitchen, backyard, patio, and laundry.
As I have recently moved in, you can expect the space to change. The plan will be to have the interior painted and filled with furniture. 
Located in Beacon Hill neighborhood, in a nice quiet area. There is plenty of parking on the property or right on the street. 
About me – I am the owner of the property and looking to share my space to help cover expenses and find an awesome roommate. I’m in my upper 30s and I will be a hybrid worker, so planning on working from home 2-3 days out of the week. I’m pretty laid back and tend to keep to myself, but always happy to meet new people.
Leasing Terms: $1,000 Security Deposit + first month’s rent prior to move in. Preferred 12-month lease. Applications requires credit score, eviction history, and job information.
