There are 2 full bathrooms upstairs and 1/2 bath on the main floor. Kitchen nook and living room have laminate flooring. A private concrete walk-out patio and a grass area are behind the unit. The yard is NOT enclosed - patio is open to the community grassy area however there are no neighbors in the back. Garbage bins are required by the HOA to be stored in the garage or behind the unit. Extra parking is in the overflow parking across the street or in a driveway.
HOA fee of $150 is paid by the landlord (included in the rent) and covers grounds maintenance, snow removal, clubhouse/pool access and water. Paid by tenant: Sewer ($25), garbage ($12), gas, power, internet, and renter's insurance for personal possessions.
